FINGER FOODS
Firefly can create a range of tantalising, healthy options for your event, all using local, organic/biodynamic, fresh and seasonal produce. All menu items, including sauces, are handmade, from scratch. Please let us know if you have any special requests, as we are very happy to cater for food allergies and dietary requirements.
Kebabs: Sweet or Savoury
We offer a wide range of kebabs – easy to eat and tasty! Choose from free range, local pork, beef or chicken, vegetarian or vegan (marinated tofu). These are served with a choice of sauces including hoisin, satay, garlic, soy and honey or lemon and garlic. For a sweet alternative to a fruit platter, try our fresh, tropical fruit kebabs. 20 per platter, $40.00.
“The Local” Party Platter
A great choice for a savoury morning or afternoon tea! Easily feeds 25 people as a starter. Antipasto platter with a variety of local cheeses, cold meats, local free range ham, homemade pickles, cherry tomatoes and olives. Ask us about our new locally made sauerkraut! Served with optional bread or crackers (Gluten free and Vegetarian/Vegan platters available). $60.00.
Fresh Sandwiches Platter
Firefly Foods can create a range of sandwiches made on delicious, locally produced wood fired ciabatta or gluten free homemade bread. There are a range of organic, local, vegetarian/vegan and meat fillings available, just ask. 15 large sandwiches per platter, $90.00.
Rice Paper Rolls

Made with seasonal vegetables or free range, local pork, fresh herbs and rice vermicelli, served with homemade chili and lime dipping sauce (Gluten free, vegetarian/vegan available). 25 rolls per platter, $75.00.
Spring Rolls
Home made with a variety of fillings: free range Chicken, local Prawns, free range Pork or organic Vegetables, served with an optional simple Chinese Coleslaw of cabbage, carrot, and spring onion and a tangy dipping sauce. 25 rolls per platter, $75.00, or $80.00, with salad.
Mini sausage rolls or Spinach and fetta rolls
Handmade with local beef or organic spinach and Mungalli Creek Dairy Fetta, served with homemade tomato relish or barbecue sauce. 25 per platter, $50.00.
Frittata

Made with either roasted pumpkin and Mungalli Feta cheese or free range chicken and kaffir lime, served with organic salad greens and cherry tomatoes (Gluten free and Vegetarian available). 20 pieces per platter, $60.00.
Savoury Muffins
Delicious and filling, savoury muffins with a variety of fillings can be made. Choose from Quinoa, Cheese and Spinach, Butter Chicken Curry, Beef and Vegetable, Salami, Olive and Sun-dried Tomato or Vegetable (Gluten free and Vegetarian available). Sorry, no Vegan option. 24 muffins per platter, $75.00.
Marinated Chicken Nibbles

Free range (Organic available) chicken wing pieces, marinated in either Asian Chili sauce or Lemon, Herb and Garlic sauce, roasted until crispy then served with local salad greens and cherry tomatoes (Gluten free available). 30 pieces per platter, $60.00.
Chocolate Brownie or Orange and Almond Cake (both Gluten free)

Delicious dark chocolate brownie or Italian orange and almond cake, optionally served with local jersey cream and/or fruit. Gluten free. Vegan available. Serves 30 (30 pieces), $60.00, add cream: $65.00, add fruit and cream: $70.00.
